2. • Staff council is a group of headmaster and teachers,
headmaster is the chief executive of the school.He
should consult the staffs regarding academic and
administrative matters.
3. • Staff council will consist of headmaster and
representatives of teachers ,it will help the
headmaster to lead while the problems confronted
by the school such as strike ,indiscipline,
misbehavios and disobedience.
• It helps to create a friendly atmosphere in school.
4. • To be more democratic in administration it is
advisable to conduct a staff council to advice the
headmaster.
5. MAJOR FUNCTIONS
• To discuss the problems of discipline and advise
the headmaster on how to solve this.
• To advise the headmaster regarding action to be
taken against pupil for the misbehaviours.
• To discuss the academic works.
6. • To plan festivals, celebrations,and other co-
curricular activities
• To support the teacher whenever he experience
problems and difficulties.
