 Responsible for the communication of non-conformances material received from the Supplier. This includes the
quality of various processes including but not limited to customer complaints, manufacturing process, and
incoming inspection.
 Responsible for the efficient, effective, and timely handling of all suppliers corrective actions (SCARS). Receive
and evaluate supplier’s containment, root cause, corrective actions, and forwarding as necessary to achieve final
resolution.
