Responsibilities:
• Supporting the Fundraising Department and Hospice supporters
• Dealing with any queries from supporters’ visits, calls, emails and
online communications
• Maintaining and developing strong professional relationships with
friends, volunteers and supporters of the Hospice
• Promoting fundraising events and activities to current supporters
and encouraging new supporters to participate
• Providing fundraising materials, packs and issuing out collecting
tins and buckets
• Providing pew envelopes to next of kins and funeral directors
• Responsible for legacy communication - liaising with solicitors and
personal executors regarding forthcoming legacy gifts
• In charge of restricted funds income - ensuring the correct
documents are passed onto the Accounts Department
• Inputting the Hospice Lottery plays, payments and donations
• Generating data reports in order to monitor donation patterns
• Using rapid data software to input campaign and appeal gifts
• Writing acknowledgement letters to thank supporters
• Ensuring supporter records are created accurately and updated
• Handling large amounts of money and conducting banking tasks
• Social Secretary for the Fundraising Department – organising team

Responsibilities:
• Managing and merchandising the Womenswear Department
• Leading a team of four sales consultants - training them on
meeting daily targets and increasing their product knowledge
• Selling and delivering an impeccable level of customer service
therefore increasing the brand’s reputation
• Maintained a loyal and regular clientele
• Administration duties included: end of day cashing up, banking,
daily store targets, refunds and exchanges, inter-store transfers,
stock audit, sale prep, gift card logs, ordering in store supplies and
managing the consumer database
Key Achievements:
• The Womenswear Department had only generated £3,000 a week
during absence, but on return to the department this tripled to
£9,000 due to motivating staff and encouraging them to sell to the
best of their ability.
• Attended a ‘model store’ event as part of the Hugo Boss visual
merchandising training, resulted in being given an area to
re-merchandise which was then photographed and published in
the Hugo Boss guide on ‘how to merchandise your store’ - a very
proud career moment.

Key Achievements:
• Locations covered obtained the highest return percentage in
catchment area, achieving 96%
• Picked from a team of twenty to have contract extended and to
help the Manager in the local Council with the final administration
