2. Monthly Plan:
1. Take most of the classes on PPT Mode.
2. Organise Special classes that will be taken by
students of that class.
3. Organise special classes that will be taken by the
teachers of other depts. of College.
4. Organise Special lectures that will be taken in some
eminent personalities in any field of the Region.
5. Organise special lectures that will be taken by
eminent Alumni of the Dept.
6. Create different groups of mentees and distribute
among the departmental teachers and at least one
class at the end hour. Try to identify their issues and
advise them.
3. Semester Plan
1. Organise one add-on course
2. Conduct at least two departmental meeting-one in the beginning
and another at the end of Seminar.
3. Purchase text books and enlist them in the departmental data/
website (at least 5 books).
4. Purchase some books for competitive examinations (at least 2
books)
5. Get feedback for each teacher from students after the end of the
semester and keep all the record .Unbiased mode would be
better.
6. Take internal examinations for each paper and keep all the
records along with the answer scripts.
7. Organise counselling and mentoring classes with the students (
at least 2) and keep all the records.
8. Identify slow learners and organise special classes for them.
9. Identify advanced learners and organise special classes for
them.
10. Organise at least two faculty exchange programme with external
institutions.
4. Yearly Plan
1. Organise Seminar/ Workshop- at least one
2. Organise Parents-Teachers meeting- at least
one
3. Organise Alumni Meet- at least one
4. Organise Industrial visit/nature study/field
trip/Excursion etc.
5. Purchase computer/instruments as per the
requirement and make them available for
students.
6. Organise Seminar/poster presentation for
students/organise different extra-curricular &
co-curricular activities.- at least one in a
year.
5. For Individual Teacher
1. Publish at least one Research Article in
any UGC Care list.
2. Participate at least to any one National/
International Seminar & present
Research Paper.
3. Participate at least to any short term
Courses offered by any institution (both
online & Offline).
6. Issues that is to be strictlyfollowedby the HOD/ Co-ordinator/Senior
teacher/in-Charge
1. Issue Notice for all extra -curricular /Co-
curricular/other activities & preserve all.
2. Keep all records of activities both on hard copy and
soft copy.
3. Submit one copy (both hard & soft copy) of all such
activities to the IQAC Co-ordinator within 7 days of the
completion of the Programme.
4. Conduct at least one departmental meeting in each
month, take resolutions and review all activities.
5. Use one big Register for Seminar /workshop of
department.
6. Use one Big Register for Add-on-Course.
7. Submit a copy of the Notice to all Co-ordinator, IQAC
of all activities.
