We are a Kolkata based group, established in 1983 by Shri Balaram Agarwal. In the past 37 years the group has
diversified into total solutions in agriculture and irrigation. Mr. Ritesh Agarwal son of Shri Balaram Agarwal has also
ventured into manufacturing of hardware components and fittings for Electrification.

under SAIP
‘Final Approval’ in favour of Virat Vanijya / Vishwakarma Industrial Park
was accorded on 20.04.2022.
Now he has requested for for the release of ‘1st installment of Incentives’ of
the said Industrial Park.

This Park has been visited on 02nd December, 2022 by the PMU Team of WBSIDCL in presence of Mr.
Sanjay Saha, Executive Officer, Virat Vanijya Pvt. Ltd. along with his team and after inspection &
checking of the project it has been found that according to criteria as specified in SAIP 2020
Guideline for the 1st installment, Virat Vanijya Pvt. Ltd. has fulfilled all the parameters (except
remaining portion of Internal Road) and may be recommended for the release of 1st installment
under SAIP subject to completion of construction of the balance portion Internal Road.
Accordingly WBSIDCL has been recommended for release of ‘1st incentive’ in favour of Virat
Vanijya / Vishwakarma Industrial Park on 29.12.2022.

construction of Boundary
Wall, Land filling and
Internal Roads
Land Development Work has been completed.
The total length of Boundary Wall executed at site is 909m (approx). So the
Construction of Boundary Wall has been completed and along with 2(two) nos gate.
Construction of Security Room has been completed.
Internal Road Work has been partially completed by paver block from the
entrance gate to the main office building and remaining portion has been filled up
by moorum & brick bats. The total length of internal road is 2211.58m (approx).
Drainage System (one side) is done through the site comprises with RCC Wall &
construction of pit is under process and the total length of about 231.72m
executed at site.
Regarding Electric Connection WBSEDCL has provided power infrastructure
throughout the site and individual unit got power as per their requirement and
installed transformer room.
Water through deep tubewell, security room & electric arrangement is done at
proposed site.
Work for street light (10 nos flood light) has been completed.

RECOMMENDATIONS BY WBSIDCL
According to criteria as specified in SAIP 2020 Guideline for the 1st installment, concerned Park Developers /
SPV has fulfilled all the parameters and may be recommended for the release of 1st installment of Incentives
under SAIP against Development of ‘Vishwakarma Industrial Park’ at Ranihati, Amta, Howrah.
