of changes, modifications or cancellations of policies, procedures and business strategies that impact
the organization.
- Coordinate a massive downsizing project which included laying-off more than 800 employees. This
required thorough analysis of “who”, “when”, “what” and “why”.
- Actively participate in outside human resources committees and industry related groups in the

required and under budget. I saved over $ 1’450K dollars in layouts and furniture.
