- Develop strategies for recruiting large volumes of candidates and retention strategies and those that
reduce turnover; including placement and skill utilization, promotion and internal transfers of
employees.
- Preparation of reports, graphs and numbers that allow analysis of causes, setting strategies and
determining investments or costs for the resolution of all HR issues.
- Develop effective organizational communication channels in order to keep the entire company informed
of changes, modifications or cancellations of policies, procedures and business strategies that impact
the organization.
- Coordinate a massive downsizing project which included laying-off more than 800 employees. This
required thorough analysis of “who”, “when”, “what” and “why”.
- Actively participate in outside human resources committees and industry related groups in the
community.
- Extensive experience in planning development and growth of the workplace in the times and dates
required and under budget. I saved over $ 1’450K dollars in layouts and furniture.
- Coordinated labor force ramp-up from 99 employees up to 1100 employees in twelve months period.
- Extensive experience in the use of federal employment programs, training and education, which allowed
the company received from government up to $ 200K usd, in the past two years and $600K usd during
