In her first year as the EDI Leader at TransLink, Stephanie Redivo undertook several initiatives including: 1) Creating a diverse taskforce and champions to advance inclusion. 2) Launching an education program with speaker series and manager training. 3) Consulting external consultants to review performance and talent acquisition practices. 4) Benchmarking against global diversity standards and surveying employees on inclusion. 5) Establishing employee resource groups for caregivers, LGBTQ+ individuals, and women.
