Importance of Sports Curriculum in School
Along with education, it is important to include sports as a curriculum in-
school program. Sporting activities are required to develop physically as
well as mental strength in students. Physical exercise is important for
any student every day to keep students stay healthy but helps to
improve their emotional fitness.
To keep students, stay emotionally and physically healthy and fit, sports
should be a major part of the school curriculum. Every student should
participate in school sports programs to increase confidence, mental
strength, and self-esteem. Not only education but, sports as well teach
various skills to students like leadership, patience, team building, and

1. Stay Healthy
Any sports help students to stay healthy. To protect yourself from any illness, a
student requires to do daily physical activities. To keep yourself healthy, a
student needs to eat healthy food only, and a big no-no to junk foods. Sports
not only make you emotionally and physically fit, but it also helps to gain
muscles and increase bone density. Sports help students in another way as
well like in the form of reducing blood pressure, sugar level, chronic muscular
tension, and strengthening of lungs.
