1. Florida Atlantic University Engineering Building. Boca Raton Fl.
I Handled the HVAC, Plumbing and Fire protection scopes for the Florida
Atlantic University Engineering building. This building achieved the platinum
LEED rating. This building utilized chilled beams, geothermal heat pumps and
solar water heaters, reducing energy usage by 35%.
2. The Calder Racino Miami Gardens Fl.
The new 104,000 square foot casino amenities include slots, buffet and sit-down
dining, bars, poker and live entertainment. I handled the HVAC Plumbing and Fire
protection scopes of work.
4. The Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hollywood Fl.
This Hospital ‘s unique 4-story building and new central energy plant is designed to
earn Gold Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) certification, which
includes environmentally friendly features that will improve performance and
efficiency in the use of water, energy and other resources.
5. I Estimated and was awarded the Lyndon Pindling Airport
Renovation in Nassau Bahamas. This project was to upgrade
airport to world class standards and increase terminal
capacity. HVAC scope value $7,000,000.00
6. Nashville District Energy system upgrades.
Estimated and project managed (cradle to grave) the installation of 5,000 linear feet of
underground 12” steam and 6” condensate pipe with five new underground vaults. Value
of project $2,000,000
7. Palm Beach Community College Bio-Science Building. Palm Beach Gardens Fl.
The 91,000-square foot, $15 million science complex features two buildings connected by a
multi-media lecture hall and courtyard. One building houses state-of-the-art classrooms and
laboratories for the core science classes (biology, microbiology, anatomy and physiology, physics
and chemistry). The other part of the complex is reserved for biotech classrooms and
labs, environmental science, and environmental horticulture.

I estimated and secured the biggest project for the company that year a $4,500,000 (25 story
hotel/condo). From start to finish and handled the entire process
