1. YES!! TOGETHER WE CAN!!!
1. Self-diagnosis based on self-knowledge: Here is critical to have a good
understanding of the emotional cycle that occurs because it’s the thinking that
creates an emotion, and it’s that emotion that leads us to act the way we act. So the
firs step should be identify the thoughts that make me feel worn down. The thought
would be: Even when I spend my free time in neighborhood activities and not with
my family, my work is not valued by the community and the only thing I receive is
complaints.
2. Self-diagnosis based on emotional intelligence: Here is important to remember
that “Emotions are just emotions; they are physiological, adaptive and belong to us.
If we assess an emotion, positively or negatively, then we turn it into a feeling. And
when a feeling lengthens in time, then we can say that we are in a certain emotional
state or mood... usually positive or negative. I fell worn down because for some time
I´ve been having emotions like disappointment and frustration.
3. Self-diagnosis based on social intelligence: Empathy is important for
understanding the emotions of others and not taking their actions personally. After
analyzing it, I can understand that the issues of security, lighting and common areas
are important elements to have a healthy life.
4. Action plan including self-development element: Awareness and time: I realized
this is the right moment to do an analysis of the situation and take action to change
the way I´m feeling. Love: I know that I´m doing my best, I love my neighborhood,
and with additional support I can do lot of things because I have the right
competencies.
5. Action plan with positive relationshipelement: During the neighborhood meeting,
I will present a report of the specific actions that have been carried out in the last
year, as well as a summary of pending activities. It is important to form a group of
neighbors who support the functions and organize ourselves by tasks. I can lead and
organize the work plan, but it is not possible to execute it completely and satisfy the
needs of the community and my own. I know we all love the neighborhood and will
join in group initiatives.
