1. Responsible forthe planning, management and operation of the technical
building services of the campus wide M&E system
Overseeing all preventive and corrective maintenance programmes forall
technical facilities in the East Campus.
Supervise a team of technicians, electricians and tradesmenin the day-to-
day maintenance tasks of the Campus.
Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety
and environment regulations
Liaise with internal departmentheads on maintenance requirements and
meeting their needs
Manage external vendors and contractors on on-site maintenance works
and their contracts
Defects managementand rectification
Conduct technical training
Co-ordinate maintenance & projectworks with vendors and relevant
authorities.
Coordinate with vendors to achieve overall projectobjectives.
Ensure the projects are delivered within the budget, on time and safely.
Executing the project in the areas of developmentand implementation.
Prepare costestimates and detailed projectschedule, organize, implement
and commissionall assigned projects.
Provide technical support to tender department, if the job requires tender.
Investigating maintenance problems and ensure appropriate rectification.
Coordinate and follow up with suppliers vendors on maintenance and
delivery schedules.
Ensure maintenance and projectworks are carried out in full compliance
with regulatory and safety requirements.
Monitor and troubleshootsystems and operation.
Conduct feasibility studies and implementing requirements.

2. Monitoring quality standards and implementing corrective actions.
Liaise with internal departments for promptdelivery of works.
Ensure that all system and equipment are properly maintained.
Conduct feasibility studies and implementing requirements in the area of
energy and water conservation.
Ensure all maintenance spare parts are in place for the day to day
maintenance needed.
Sourcing of parts for all system maintenance needed.
Conduct energy green building and energy optimizations class and tour for
both internal and external student.
Liaise with government authority department for all greenbuilding related
matters
Acting as energy manager role in East campus to ensure building wide
energy and water consumption are used wisely with minimum wastage
