Site Operations Manager
• Direct security personnel through progressive leadership
• Liaison for company with law enforcement, governmental agencies, and all departments

• Serve as staff support to security management and assist in conducting investigations of
significant threats and/or the loss of misappropriation of assets, Provide leadership,
advice and counsel to all security staff in achieving current and long range strategic
departmental goals
• Assist with coordination of Access Control and Fire Suppression System installation in
new project areas at sites
Supervisor
• Oversee training of all employees on SOP’s, initial and annual training, and all plant
specific procedures
• Policy Development and implementation of procedures
• Schedule development for personnel to ensure adequate coverage and least amount of
overtime. Input weekly payroll into database. Prepare Monthly Managers Summaries for
budget and assist with monthly invoices
• Interface with all levels of company and department management, union, and employees
in regards to conflict resolution of various issues concerning departmental involvement.
• Continuously searching for cost savings. Continuous improvement of all processes.
Utilizing elements of World Class Manufacturing (W CM) to create an efficient, effective

• Working knowledge of fire protections systems, Access Control (ACS) and Closed
Caption Television (CCTV) systems, Payroll, and various other instrumental databases
required to perform job
Fire/ Security Specialist
• Ensure all fire apparatus meets NFPA requirements. Inspect, test, and maintain all fire
apparatus employed in the suppression and prevention of fires paying special attention to
volatile environment
• Issuance of burn and weld permit and confine space permits after examination of the area
substantiates the area is void of any potential hazards and present corrective action
measures to make work area compliant if hazards are present
• Perform supportive roles by assisting all departments in any capacity that allows the plant
to operate most effectively and efficiently, interface with insurance carriers and vendors
