4. This idea can be used as solution for many scenarios but let considere
how it will be useful in our organization(Infoglen). As all of us know due
to this COVID19 situation every employer try to implement REMOTE
WORK culture within their organization but with this culture they might
be feeling about the lacking of knowledge sharing within their employees
so we started using the community but as every employee is working
hard on their respective projects so they did not have time to login into
the community everyday along with their day task and collaborate with
their colleagues so with this solution they can access community by just
a click and they don’t have to lose the focus from their daily tasks.
As our organisation is located in various geolocation with help of this
plugin we can encourage all colleagues to collaborate and share their
knowledge with each other.
