- If you are working on a project work and want to bring project manager’s feedback into your appraisal document, you
can add that person as ‘Cross Functional Reviewer’.
- Cross Functional Reviewer won’t be able to see your objective document, however, he/she can provide his/her
feedback in mid-year and/or year-end review.
- You can add multiple ‘Cross Functional Reviewer’

18. How to submit objective for OPM’s review
Click ‘save’
Click ‘submit’
Once submitted, Associate can not make any changes in the objective.
Associate can only change/edit objectives if his/her OPM makes ‘change request’

Go to ePMP dashboard
Click on the link

Click ‘Approve’ if you agree
You will be able to see the whole documents. i.e.
- Functional Manager
- Cross Functional Reviewer
- Objectives with evaluation and timeline
- Training wishes
Or Click ‘Change Request’ if you do not agree.
Please note, OPM can not edit or make any
change in the objectives; however, OPM can ask
his/her direct report to make correction in the
objective document.
