- Cross Functional Reviewer won’t be able to see your objective document, however, he/she can provide his/her
feedback in mid-year and/or year-end review.
- You can add multiple ‘Cross Functional Reviewer’

Click ‘Approve’ if you agree
You will be able to see the whole documents. i.e.
- Functional Manager
- Cross Functional Reviewer
- Objectives with evaluation and timeline
- Training wishes
Or Click ‘Change Request’ if you do not agree.
Please note, OPM can not edit or make any
change in the objectives; however, OPM can ask
his/her direct report to make correction in the
objective document.
