WORK EXPERIENCE :
At present I work for ECOVERT FM as a BAS maintenance Engineer at the KPC
site. In this position I am responsible for the maintenance & operation activities of the
BAS system at the KPC HQ's building. In addition am responsible for the
maintenance of the low voltage system i.e. CCTV, Fire Alarm.
- I worked for Bader Al-Mulla co. in Kuwait as a senior projects Engineer for
BAS system (TAC-Schneider) (7/2010 – 7/2011). In this position I was responsible
for :
*Preparing complete technical submittal for projects.
*Getting consultant approval for the above.
* Ordering BMS Material.
* Coordinating & supervising site work installations & terminations.
* Commsioning & handing over the job.
- (2008 – 2009) I worked for Danway co. in Dubai as a Low Voltage Sales Engineer.
In that Position I was responsible for the sales activities for the Low Voltage Systems
(BMS, CCTV, ACCESS, Lighting Controls). In addition I :
* Prepared price quotation for BMS system.
* Made followup visits & calls to clients & consultants to assure good sales results.

- (2006 – August / 2007) I worked for Kharafi National Co. – Johnson Controls Division
As a BMS sales Engineer. In this position I was responsible for :
* Prepared price quotation for BMS system.
* Made followup visits & calls to clients & consultants to assure good sales results.
* Liaise with contractors & consultants for technical support.
- (2004 – 2005) I worked for Bader AlMulla & Bros co. (BAS Division) as a BAS & Con-
Trolls Engineer for a period of two years . In this position I was responsible for the BMS
Work at site and office. I worked in the following projects :
1- Construction Training Institute.
2- Kuwait National Museum.
3- Al-Wazzan Group Headquarters.
4- Al-Maidan Hospital.
5- Public Authority for Housing Welfare.
- (2000 – 2003) I worked for (Consolidated Contractors & Orascom ) J.V at the (City
Stars project in Heliopolis-Cairo as a Low Voltage Systems Engineer with emphasis on
BMS. In this post I was responsible for of the BMS system comprising of 25,000 data
Points connected to it. The BMS controls and monitors different Electromechanical
Equipment such as Fans, Pumps, Electrical Panels, AHU's, Plumbing, Fire Alarm
System and a main HVAC plant room. In addition, there's integration with a Chiller
Manager, Fire Alarm, Access control system. The system consists of 6 BMS workst-
Ations.
- (1996-1999) I worked for Central Circle co. Landis & Staefa Kuwait as a Controls
Applications Engineer
For 3 years. In this post I was responsible for :
1- Making controls drawings using third party AUTOCAD software, that includes sche-
Matic & wiring diagrams.
2- Preparing complete project submittals.
3- Supervising field work in various projects, which includes: mounting of different
Sensors and transmitters, installation of DDC panels, fixing pipes and conduits,
Pulling cables and wires.
4- Making the necessary database and control sequence software for the DDC control-
Lers.
5- Setting the BMS station and making the required system graphics.
6- Commisioning and operating the BMS system.
7- Performing the various trouble shooting procedures for the above mentioned systems.
8- Supervised all the field installations & wire terminations of the Public Authority for
Housing Welfare project. The BMS system in that job consists of :
1- 32 Modular Building Controllers, which controls VAV & CAV AHU's, supply &
Exhaust fans, lighting DB's, Main plant room & plumbing & fire fighting
equipment.
2- 385 VAV boxes distributed within the building.
3. 3- A BMS station which displays the system data in the from of colorfull 3-D
graphics.
4- In 1997 I completely commissioned the Ministry of Public Health Stores project
Which consists of :
1- 4 Unitary controllers, 3 modular controllers, and a BMS station.
2- For that job I prepared the AUTOCAD schematic drawings and job
submittal, carried out different fieldworks, commissioned the system and
finally setup the BMS network including the BMS station.
10- In 1998 I completely commissioned the Kuwait Municipality Headquarters BMS
System, which consists of :
1- 22 unitary controllers, 2 modular building controllers and a BMS station The BMS
Station shall display all the data on the system in the form of colorfull 3-D graphics
which enables the operator to perform the all the required functions i.e. time
schedule, commanding, monitoring all the system equipment… etc.
11- In 1995 I worked for Johnson Controls ( KAS) as a controls Applications Engineer
For one and a half years during which I was involved in the following :
1- Setting up the BMS network in the Kuwait University project Khaldiya, which
Consists of a BMS station, Network Control units, DDC's, Application Specific
Controllers.
2- Making the necessary software and database for the BMS station and DDC's.
3- Commisioning and testing DDC controllers and HVAC equipment i.e.
4- Supervising various field works and & cable terminations.
COMPUTING SKILLS :
1- Very Good Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and applications e.g.
2- Good Knowledge of AUTOCAD S/W (Single Line Diagrams).
3- Good knowledge of L&S S/W.
4- 1998, attended a Maintenance Managment S/W training organized by Landis
& Staefa in Limasol Cyprus.
