 Responsibilities:
 Responsible for electrical, mechanical and utilities sections.
 Responsible for commissioning and installation of new machines.
 Build and develop a preventive maintenance plan to be compatible with
production plan to optimize equipment reliability.
 Ensure the availability of spare parts and manages their consumption
and make list for critical spare parts.
 Make daily job orders for technicians and assign them for daily works.
 Make daily meeting with maintenance team to discuss the job orders
and daily troubles.
 Monitor machines performance to achieve KPIs and OEE.
 Evaluate every person in our team monthly to determine department
efficiency.
 Make Monthly report to determine downtime percentage, availability and
make corrective actions for root cause of the problems to decrease
MTTR and increase MTBF.

1. Team leader of the project of installation 9 injection molding
machines (2700, 2400, 1800, 1400, 1300, 950, 850 "2", 200 ton).
2. Team leader of the project of building new water network for
cooling the injection molds.
3. Team leader of installation 2 gantry cranes (40 & 20 ton).
4. Team leader of installation of new transformer and switchgear for
a new injection hall
5. Team leader of the project of transfer 6 machines from a factory
to another factory.
6. Upgrade the old machines with a password system which
prevent the operator to change parameter of injection unless
using password, using PLC&HMI.
7. Program new system for "AND ON" to show the downtime with
time and date using PLC&HMI.
8. Manufacturing many hot runner controllers instead of importing.
9. Upgrade stretch packing machine with new electrical panel using
PLC, HMI and inverter.

 Responsibilities:
 Build and develop a preventive maintenance plan to optimize equipment
reliability. Responsible for timely and efficient implementation of the plan
and undertakes any amendment to the plan if necessary with the right
communication to relevant parties.
 Ensure the availability of spare parts and manages their consumption in
adherence to the planed budget.
 Monitor equipment performance and develops corrective action plans to
reverse any deviation against engineering standards.
 Maintain equipment records specifying their history, modification,
preventive maintenance cycle, spare parts replacements.
 Modify the description of the spare parts in the stock to find it quickly for
quick repairing.
 Preparing a plan and list for the required spare parts for all machines.
 Follow the daily electrical measurements to determine the state of loads.

3. Upgrade an old packing machine with new electrical panel by plc
and inverters.
4. Upgrade a part of PMs by PLC instead of traditional control.
