Project Summarys
1. 1. City of San Diego, City of San Diego As-Needed Engineering Services: Task Order No. 65,
subcontractor to Michael Baker International.
Working as a Sub for Michael Baker International EVARI provided data collection and
compilation services for H&H and water quality modeling. The geographic scope of this project
included 32 sub watersheds within the larger Chollas watershed. This data included previous
Upper Chollas Creek Watershed Master Plan model data, City of San Diego data storm drain
inventory, AMEC updated City of San Diego storm drain inventory, Caltrans storm drain
inventory, La Mesa storm drain inventory, Lemon Grove storm drain inventory. Data gaps were
filled using non GIS sources including; google street view, AsBuilt Grading plans and survey data.
Extracting data from primary sources and GIS data that was in scope for modeling purposes was
determined by working close with Michael Baker, Rick Engineering and Tetra Tech. The
determination of storm water infrastructure’s weight on a model required and understanding of
how conduit dimensions, material, slope and potential energy entering natural channels affect
the storm water flow and quality.
Pacific Gas and Electric (PGE) Contract Work Authorization.
Evari GIS Consulting is providing comprehensive audit and enterprise tier GIS Consulting services
directly to PacificGas and Electric in support of PGE’s LEDStreetlight Upgrade Program. The work
includes geocoding and field auditing services for approximately 100,000 LS1 and LS2 street lights
across PGE’s 70,000 square mile territory. GIS Consulting services include leveraging PG&E’s Esri
Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) to support the geocoding, field audit, outreach, light
assignment to contractors and support for 3 contractors. This system includes over 50 named
users with various levels of access to view and edit data. The systemis load balanced within the
Amazon Cloud and leverages SqlServer and ArcGIS Server (Enterprise Advanced).

streamlinedapproachtosubmitdatato secure the new meteredrate change afterbeingaddedtothe
meterthroughGE LightGrid.Evari alsoworkscloselywithGEin theirdeploymentof anautomated
parkingmanagementappthroughSanDiego’sstreetlights.
