Shawn Krysa, worked for me starting mid-year 2015 through Q2 2016 as Manager, Supply Chain.
Through the interview process, Shawn, while possessing less direct experience than other candidates,
stood out from the crowd with his eagerness to learn and positive attitude. This held true through his
employment despite a high learning curve and demanding work environment.
During his tenure with Victory Blue, LLC, I depended heavily on Shawn. He was able to operate with
minimal guidance and was well regarded by his peers. His strengths came from his interpersonal skills
and his ability to develop strong relationships, both internally and externally. He also showed great
dedication and willingness to help others in need. Unfortunately, his employment was cut short due to
events outside of his control as the company was acquired by a 3rd
party upon which his position was
eliminated due to overlap.
