Quality : Degree of excellence of something
 Methodology of assuring conformance to specifications
 It is the key to retain the customers
 Prime role of CE’s before passing it on to their next
levels, i.e., their concerned QA’s.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Improving quality by documentation
 Documentation is the process of filing the necessary
information or materials as a record to serve a better
purpose in the near future.
1. Plan
Identify
problem and
develop plan
for
improvement
.
2. Do
Implement
plan on a test
basis.
3. Study/Check
Assess plan; is
it working?
4. Act
Institutionalize
improvement;
continue
cycle.
 Using the preserved set of records, Understand and
analyse the necessary points to improve quality,
initially with the guidance of QA’s.
 Evaluate the project once completed and keep your
checklist ready to do SQC.
 Improve the quality day-by-day and move up to the
next ladder.
Reasons For Quality Drops
 Interruptions – Lack of concentration.
 Sharing of projects – Not showing involvement.
 Over stay of working – Doing without interest.
 De-motivation of CE’s – Diverted from normal work.
 Due to urgent projects – Missing inputs & Rapid fast.

o Lack of concentration.
o Getting irritated.
o Deviated from work.
o Losing temper.
Sharing of project
o Not showing involvement.
o Careless working.
o Taking more time to finish the work.
Over stay
o Doing without interest.

 Using of Google translate to avoid spelling
mistakes.
 Update TCL as per the changes of standards.

cent percent quality when we are submit our
project to QA.

  • 4. Improving quality by documentation  Documentation is the process of filing the necessary information or materials as a record to serve a better purpose in the near future. 1. Plan Identify problem and develop plan for improvement . 2. Do Implement plan on a test basis. 3. Study/Check Assess plan; is it working? 4. Act Institutionalize improvement; continue cycle.
  • 5.  Using the preserved set of records, Understand and analyse the necessary points to improve quality, initially with the guidance of QA’s.  Evaluate the project once completed and keep your checklist ready to do SQC.  Improve the quality day-by-day and move up to the next ladder.
  • 6. Reasons For Quality Drops  Interruptions – Lack of concentration.  Sharing of projects – Not showing involvement.  Over stay of working – Doing without interest.  De-motivation of CE’s – Diverted from normal work.  Due to urgent projects – Missing inputs & Rapid fast.
  • 7. interruption o Lack of concentration. o Getting irritated. o Deviated from work. o Losing temper.
  • 8. Sharing of project o Not showing involvement. o Careless working. o Taking more time to finish the work.
