Key Accountabilities:
Program Management
Take appropriateand timely action to respond to administrative department reports, including daily
dashboards, as directed by supervisor.
Use input from student surveys, advisory boards, faculty, graduates, employers, and outcomes assessments,
participatein curriculum development and review workshops to improvethe delivery of curriculum.
Schedule and conduct regularprogram meetings to discuss curriculum. Maintain records on instructor
attendance, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes.
Plan and conduct Advisory Board meetings and use suggestions as input for curriculum optimization.
Use scheduling to build the program class schedule to maximize facility use, class size, student average
registered credits.
Participatein thedevelopment of the annual budget
Monitor classroom instruction to ensure program requirements are being met, syllabi are being followed,
and students and instructors are following campus rules and acting in a professional manner.
Manage end-of-the-quarterclose-out by ensuring all grades are submitted promptly and requirements for
graduation are met.
Faculty Management
