Role Summary/Purpose:
• Responsible for warehouse management
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
The Warehouse role and responsibilities as an employer are the following:
• Inventory control by the computer system SAP.
• Coordinate goods in and out of stock.
• Execute all internal movements in the warehouse in SAP.
• Organize and complete inventory count for projects and customers.
• Support and train warehouse personnel in SAP.
• Organize a good material flow between warehouse and workshop/projects.
• Promote and ensure compliance to company and regulatory EHS requirements & expectations
at all time
• Promote and ensure compliance to company and regulatory Quality management systems at all
time
• Forklift operations.
• Progress and status reporting
• Warehouse management including monitoring and transactions
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Min. 2 years industrial experience
• Knowledge and experience within project planning, EHS and QA.
• Master English and Norwegian, both written and verbally
• Forklift certificate T1 , T2 , T4
Desired:
• PC Literate: Word, Excel, SAP, MS Project
Other/Special Compliance Requirements:
• Perform work safely and get customers satisfaction.

2. Dimensions:
• Reporting to Warehouse Manager
• Daily interaction with project team
• Occasional contact with subcontractors
Authority:
• No direct financial control; however responsible of keeping the costs at a minimum.
• No personnel responsibility
