countries like Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Qatar, Vietnam, Kazakhstan and India. Completed more
than 250 different type of directional wells like ERD, Horizontal, Multi Lateral, Open hole side
track, Hole finding.

As drilling supervisor used to execute well plan from drilling to production. Also used to
maintain drilling equipment and provide leadership to team.
worked in Mumbai High and offshore & drilled more than 500 horizontal, multi lateral, ERD ,
high angle , high pressure high temperature wells.
As, used to see contracts, invoicing and high technology discipline of ONGC.
As a Rig manager used to plan rig utilization, manpower and material management, day to
day monitoring of rig operation and drilling and completion of well.

2. ONGC, Tripura Project, Agartala Jun1987 – May1992
Joined ONGC as a driller in Agartala, one of the most difficult field due to high pressure and downhole drilling
and geological problem. Drilled successfully without allowing any appreciable down hole problems like stuck up
and kick to occur. Completed first direction well of this project in Baramura field in 1990.

 Currently, at SLB, am responsible for the operation in the field as team leader.

- Planning and Execution of well profile.
- BHA making and string management.
- Monitoring of downhole problem and suggesting timely action.
- Bit selection and formation behaviour analysis

- Risk analysis and minimizing the quantum of potential hazard.

 Responsible for managing rig’s operation in Mumbai offshore.
- Drilled longest drain hole. Received appreciation letter from CMD, ONGC.
- Saved more than Rs 2 Crore (550,000 USD)money of ONGC from service provider.
- Managed to change unfavourable contract of whipstock to save 200, 000 USD
- First multi lateral well by any ONGC rig.
- Rig building of first BHEL rig in Tripura.
- Rig Sagar Ratna got best drilling Rig award in the year i was crew member.
