year with increase rate up to 3.5% /year.
The most famous thing of Dublin is its beer(the
Guinness Brewery )
3. Transportation Facilities
There are Plenty of options for
getting A to B in Dublin.
This is a compacted city, which
means walking and cycling are
viable options for getting around.
Dublin bus connects most of the
parts of the city through 200 routes
that service 5000 stops.
DART is the Dublin electric train
service and it runs every 10-20
minutes Monday to Saturday.
Tram is also a part of
transportation system which
operate after every five minutes
during peak hour and every 10-
15minutes at other times.

• The NRA was established as a part of the Roads Act 1993 and commenced operations on 23
December 1993 in accordance with S.I. 407 of 1993.

of the project locus. Provide a zoning map that indicates current zoning of the site and adjacent parcels.

Include a site plan showing all land owned by the Applicant, the proposed building location(s), access point(s),
parking layout, circulation elements, and loading/service facilities for the site.
