Loss draft service is the payment of insurance proceeding for a claim resulting from a
loss to the insured’s mortgaged property. So, when property damage occurs to an
insured property, either the insured or the lender (or both) can file a claim. In most
cases, the homeowner will file a claim with their insurance carrier. When the check is
issued from the Insurance Company, it will have BOTH the name of the insured(s) and
the lender.
Responsibilities:
 Analysis of the Business Requirements Document and the Functional Requirements
documents to help Service Provider understand the business context of system under
test and draw-up the right approach to System Testing. Additionally, the requirement
analysis helps identify any gaps or ambiguities within requirements. Output will be

 As part of Test Planning, the Service Provider will determine the approach to test the
System that is being changed or developed. Planning for the different test cycles,
determining a process to test all the system interfaces, developing a plan to conduct

Wholesale client division, ABN AMRO, Netherlands, has numerous applications, which
cater to diverse requirements in e-Commerce, Cash management, Online Payments
and Client Services for end users. Testing Labs, which is an integral part of EDS
(India) Pvt. Ltd, performs the testing activities for all development, enhancement and
quick fix releases to production.
The different applications which are part of Wholesale client division are Online
Payment Raising, Online Payment Query, Payment Tracing, Online Payment reporting,

Global Transaction Services (GTS) is a set of applications that are used to do various operations
of RBS Bank. Within GTS, several applications make use of same data for its own operations. To
ensure that all these applications will use same data and to facilitate the maintenance of these
data, the common data needs to be centralized. Thus the centralization of these data in a single
database is known as Common Database also referred as GUA application.
The changes are required for Swiss Direct Debit functionality. A new Contract Service needs to
be added to Common database application for Swiss Direct. The Swiss direct debit payment
requires additional data related to the client and account number in order to execute the Swiss
direct debit.

Common Interface layer (CIL) is single entry point to access back office data for different
applications e.g. RMD, BTS. CIL provides many business services to applications increasing
reusability of services and making the maintenance and enhancements easy. With the CIL the
bank is creating a layer which offered increased reuse, which accelerates development and
reduces maintenance costs, as well as greater ease of integration, driving greater flexibility.
TAF is the automatic retrieval of FX rates from Deal Station and the automatic feed of rates into
SCORE. For that purpose, changes have been established in SCORE, OGPI and CIL. Deal Station
has not been changed, because it is being used as is with its ability to provide FX rates.
Several ISAP countries are using this automatic rate retrieval / feed process. Additional
countries will follow during this and next years.
