The Office of Enrollment Management of The College of New Rochelle invites applications for the position of Director of
Admissions for our School of Nursing, and this full-time, Professional Staff position is available immediately. If you are highly
motivated, thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent customer service skills, and can manage a team to meet
recruitment goals, then we want you to join our team.
The Director is a key member of the enrollment management team and will be actively involved in the strategic planning and
direction of the admissions and recruiting activities of the School of Nursing. S/he will supervise and manage daily enrollment
activities, plan prospective student recruitment activities and outreach campaigns at local hospitals and medical facilities, and
work closely with the School of Nursing in a collaborative role to streamline applicant review activities. The Director will
work directly with prospective students in the undergraduate and graduate programs and supervise Enrollment Management
staff to ensure that files are complete and all prerequisite work for entry into the desired program is completed.
The successful candidate will be a RN with a BSN (the Master’s degree is preferred) and 5-7 years experience in a clinical or
medical recruitment arena (college admissions experience a plus) or any equivalent combination of relevant education and
experience. This position requires strong computer skills (Word, Excel) and familiarity with using and tracking data in a customer-
relation management database environment (such as Hobson’s) is desired, as well as excellent verbal and written communication
skills. You must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed and possess a valid driver’s license. Most importantly,
