 This system is mainly used by admin, teachers and students in the
colleges, universities and also others educational institutes.
 There will have basic and stable information specification settings.
 It is required to have the function of the authority activities, with four
different roles like, admin, teacher, student and student’s parents
 Supporting data update, modify and adjustment.

7. System security analysis
In the development process of student information the security
analysis is an important link and guarantee for operate and
maintenance of the system. After the successful development of
system, it contains and protection the basic information and student
application information of students assisted by their schools and
colleges. During use this process, the system will automatically save
in the information container.

In this system designed is included into four roles; these are
administrator, teacher, student’s parents and student self-
introduction. There every single function works with single field.
Such as payment method, searching result, previous class, update
assignment and looking for favorite book. In the administrator
management module, Roles can be viewed all information within
permissions. The system can provide student data import function.

The campus student information management system provides various
technical support and services in the student information application
process. The general process are given as follows:
students login to the system and submit the student information
application materials, which will be reviewed by the mentor first.
After the review completed, it will be reviewed by administrator. Only
the administrator can see the review results of the review team, and
the status is displayed as disagree or agree.

Students apply for academic based on their grade and performance and
other conditions. Its module functions include here:
 Viewing notification and announcements: Students view notices and
announcement.
 Student login system: Students can log in to the system with their
mail ID and password
 Inquiry about the student information application record: Inquire
about the student information review results and history submitted by
you.
 Do modify personal information.

The student information system may use B / S browser/server. B/S is also
called Brower /server mode. Only one browser, such as Netscape Navigator
or Internet Explorer, is installed on the client, and Oracle, Sybase,
Informix or SQL server are also installed on the server. Browser interacts
with database through in the web server. And in our application system
can use MySQL database to store data. Simply we can see in the figure

21. Discussed about E-R
E-R Diagram Its full meaning is Entity Relationship Diagram. E-R is a diagram
that used to represent the relationship between entities. It has mainly three
parts these are, Entity, Relationship, Attribute. The E-R diagram shows the
relationships of entity sets stored in a database. An ER diagram illustrates
the logical structure of databases. There is a certain relationship between
the various entities of the system, students apply, teacher statement,
checking. Student fund there are many types of useful functionality projects.

23. Interface DAO layer
DAO layer, Its full meaning is Data Access Object Layer. In software
system, a data access object (DAO) is an important pattern that
provides an abstract interface to some type of database or other
persistence mechanism function. By mapping application system calls to
the persistence layer. The DAO provides some specific data operations
without any exposing details of the database. So the main functions of
the DAO layer interface to provide conditions for the system to access
the relational databases and encapsulate various data SQL statement.

25. System implementation
Admin Module, Student Module, Course Management Module, Payment
module and Review Panel Module. Grants the audit module in the main
functional module of the student information system. In addition, every
parts of the management interface check the user. The JSP file directly
or indirectly referenced by the <!-#include file="checkuser.JSP"-->
method. . This system effectively prevents criminals from tampering with
system data. So in this situation this section describes the main functions
of the system.

According to the application systems, user login to enter their
student information system. Only put correct direction then you
can enter the system successfully by selecting the permission and
entering the account number and password if you have already. If
you don’t have account you have to sign up it. After successfully
login, the page will jump to the corresponding main interface. If
the account number or password is entered incorrectly, the system
will not enter next steps.

28. Admin module of implementation
After the administrator login the system
successfully, appear the corresponding system
menu to manage different role. There will come
some function to compare with the user module.
The management module is richer here. The
operation and maintenance of the system are
concentrated into the home button. Including some
common operations which user able to visit. And
then click on this option will appear all function of
the system.

included here. They can select easily any course
that included according to their academic
requirement and others hands, the system
administrator can add, delete, modify and check
the whole educational stuffs.
The school or any educational authority can update
and modify class, attendance, assignment etcetera.

Student Announcement is like a web email-based
and apps tool which allows faculty and staff to
share information with students. When the teacher
and school authority upload and start announce
something for their student in the system, this
system reduces campus e-mail traffic by gathering
messages and summarizing each day's
announcements into a single daily email of the
students.

We are much known with student an
assignment. Student assignment is a piece
of (academic) homework or task. Via the
teacher it provides best opportunity for
students to learn attentively, more
practice and demonstrate even they have
achieved the learning goals.

Through questionnaires we can collect information about
project from user. For this we can give here
questionnaire Performa to the users fill out it and return
these to us so by using this questionnaires Performa we
can collect our requirements more easily.
