5. It gives me immense pleasure to note that the Department of Management Studies of
Global Academy of Technology is bringing out the First Volume of magazine
"JHAOROKHA-AGlimpse".
Learningisacontinuousprocess fromtheminuteweareborn, untilwedie.
The Institute provides a platform for every student to develop his learning skills through
magazine.Publishingamagazineisindeedatediousandherculeantask.
In recent years, when our students are concerned more about their academic excellence,
they have to be coaxed, persuaded and encouraged to exhibit their writing talents. The
response of the students in contributing articles to the magazines was really
overwhelming.
As you scan through the pages, it will enlighten you with the important milestones that
the department has achieved this semester. The Magazine provides a platform to the
budding talents and Faculty to express their thoughts, ideas, hopes, feelings, aspirations
and convictions in a creative way and come up with their academic and non academic
participatingandachievements.
Hence, our persistent efforts must be to leverage the intellectual and emotional
capabilities of students, encourage the free and spirited exchange of ideas to celebrate
diversity,whileensuringinclusivity.
Once again, my message is “Aim always High”, as high as the sky to be good citizens
andgreatleadersof ourbelovedcountry.
I congratulate Head of the department ,Faculty Coordinator and students of the
magazine committee of the MBA Department for bringing this first edition of
Magazine-JHAROKHA,Volume-1,2022.

“LIFE”
Life is the most precious and the most beautiful creation ever, life contains
Depression, Happiness, Sad, Anger and all of the above life contains True Love. Life is
like a balloon filled with air you can have fun and even play with it, but you have to handle
it with care and love if care or love anything crosses it limits the balloon pops due to
pressure and so likewise you have to handle it with care. Some people stay away from
everyone and they live their dreams so love themselves more, some people live with
everyone and they stay happy with everyone, every person has their own goals and desires.
The goals and desires are unique from one another, you have to hurts yourself to build up
and suggest and help others to achieve their goal. We don't know that there is tomorrow in
our life there is no guarantee card for tomorrow, so in every age life there is today so live
yourlifetothefullestandmakeeverymomentspecialforyouandothers.
Yeah, in Every sea there is a wrong wave and in everyone's life there are some
problems, don't sit back and do nothing get up and motivate yourself and find a way to
tackle up that problem that's life. Live your life well planned and happy and everything has

“The Difference Between Yes and No”
The words “yes” and “no” get used in comparison to each other so often that it feels like they carry equal
weight in conversation. In reality, they are not just opposite in meaning, but of entirely different
magnitudesincommitment.
When you say no, you are only saying no to one option. When you say yes, you are saying no to every
otheroption.
I like how the economist Tim Harford put it, “Every time we say yes to a request, we are also saying no to
anything else we might accomplish with the time.” Once you have committed to something, you have
alreadydecidedhow thatfutureblockof timewillbespent.
In other words, saying no saves you time in the future. Saying yes coats you time in the future. No is a
form of time credit. You retain the ability to spend your future time however you want. Yes is a form of
timedebt.Youhavetopaybackyour commitmentatsomepoint.

conversing in English,After few hours down an other gstranger came and occupied my left corner
and her known language was only Hindi and she was conversing in the same language, and also she
was well versed in Marwadi,And she's basically from Karnataka, we three started exchanging our
talks and got to know each other, later on got to know that this college is occupied by more of
Marwadees, and most of the people are from commerce background, there were only 4 people who
are from science background and I was also one amongt them . Though i was from the science
background it was not so difficult so difficult to deal with commerce subjects and the stream which I
