Sarah Rich worked at Ferris State University from May 2011 through September 2011 as a student
worker. Her work effort during that period was exemplary. Sarah's organizational prowess allowed for
the creation of a multiple documentation tracking means that are still being used.
Request for purchase forms are being managed using Sarah's formatted guidelines. Our, union
monitored, monthly overtime equalization efforts were simplified so that future workers could be easily
trained. Sarah created a fully functional paper back up filing system, in addition to the many electronic file
systems. Sarah's command of our work flow needs and organizational skills allowed us to efficiently
manage a river of documentation requirements. Sarah established critical networking relationships with
our very diverse staff personnel within the Physical plant that allowed her to timely complete her
assignments without complications.
Over a short period of time, she turned our departments into an epitome of work flow efficiency. Further,
her adaptive style allowed her to customize her formal approach to fit our special organizational needs. If
I had the funding, I would hire Sarah immediately. My peers, my supervisors, and my associates all held
her in the highest esteem. Sarah insured that all of our customer documentation was accurate, very
