Type in the url “www.shareist.com”

Hit ENTER in your keyboard

Welcome to Shareist Home page

To use Shareist, let’s create
an account first

Enter your email

Click “Get started” button

Enter your Email address

Enter your Username

Enter your Password

Click “Create account” button

Account successfully created

Go to your email address and Confirm

Account successfully confirmed

To rename project, click on My new project

Click Settings

Click Manage project

Rename project and click “Save” button

Project renamed successfully

CONNECT SOCIAL
ACCOUNTS

Click “Social accounts” tab

Let’s add a Facebook account

Enter Email address

Enter Password

Click “Log In” button

Click “Continue” button

Click “OK” button

Click another “OK” button

Facebook account successfully added

Add as many accounts as you like

ADDING CONTENT

Add content using Add content option

Drop an image or upload from computer

Previewed image to be shared

Tag the image

Click “Add to Library” button

Successfully added to the Library

Add content using Bookmarklet option

Drag Shareist Bookmarklet into your
bookmark bar

Open the content url you want to copy

Click Shareist Bookmarklet

Add comments for sharing

Tag it and click “Add to Library” button

Content added and click “Go to
Library” button

Successfully added in the Library

Go back to Add content page

Add content using Chrome extension option

Click “ADD TO CHROME” button

Click “Add extension” button

Successfully added to Chrome

Click “Shareist” button

Click “Quick add to inbox” option

Tag it and click “Save” button

Content added and click “Close” button

Go back to Shareist and
check Library

Add content using Bulk upload option

Bulk upload using a CSV file

Bulk upload using Image URLs

Bulk upload using Image files

For this demo, let’s try using Image files

Click “Choose files” button

Choose the images you want to use

Click “Open” button

Uploaded images successfully

Each content can be Commented on

Can still be Edited

Or can be Removed completely from Library

Group Library Contents onto Pages

Highlight the contents you want to group

Click “Add to page” button

Click “Add” button

Successfully added in Pages

Rename the page and click Enter

Successfully renamed the page

SHARING CONTENT

Use Quick share or Schedule

Highlight the content you want to share now

Click “Quick share” button

Choose which Social Media to share

Add caption for sharing

Choose Recycle or Repeat.

Let’s try Repeat and configure
schedule times

Click “Share” button

Scheduled done and click “Close” button

Go to Scheduled and click Repeat tab to
check schedule

Or go to Scheduled and click Calendar

Open Facebook and it’s posted successfully

Let’s do another share but this
time we Recycle the post

Go to Library and highlight content to share

Click “Schedule” button

Add comments to share

Tick Recycle option

Go to Scheduled and click Recycle tab to
check schedule

Open Twitter and it’s posted successfully

CHECKING REPORTS

To monitor statistics of shares, go to
Reports

Shows the numbers of clicks, likes,
shares and comments
