Introduction - Why is Inspiration Important?
Inspiration is a feeling of enthusiasm you get from someone or
something, which gives you new and creative ideas.
“My inspiration comes from poets like Baudelaire and Jacques
Prévert.
What better way of finding inspiration for your own garden than by
visiting others.”
If you suddenly have an inspiration, you suddenly think of an idea of
what to do or say.
2. In a culture obsessedwith measuring talent and ability, we often overlook
the important role of inspiration. Inspiration awakens us to new
possibilities by allowing us to transcend our ordinary experiences and
limitations. Inspiration propels a person from apathy to possibility, and
transforms the way we perceive our own capabilities. Inspiration may
sometimes be overlooked because of its elusive nature. Its history of being
treated as supernatural or divine hasn’t helped the situation. But as recent
research shows, inspiration can be activated, captured, and manipulated,
and it has a major effect on important life outcomes.
“When your Daemon is in charge, do not try to think
consciously. Drift, wait, and obey.“ — Rudyard Kipling
3. Innovation & Creative Thinking
The definition of innovative thinking is the ability to come up with new
ideas and novel approaches to problems. It is about being creative and
flexible.
Innovation
The word “innovation” is derived from the Latin verb innovare, which means to
renew. In essence, the word has retained its meaning up until today. Innovation
means to improve or to replace something, for example, a process,a product, or
a service. In the context of companies, however, the term needs a definition. In
the complex context of business, a definition is needed.
What is innovative thinking?
4. Innovative thinking is a creative thought process used to generate
ideas and solutions. It is a complex task that involves finding new
methods to approach problems or procedures. Innovative thinking
produces results that change or challenge the status quo. In the
workplace, this means looking for ways to think differently to
produce better business practices for both employees and
customers.
“Creativity is seeing what everyone else has seen, and thinking what no one else
has thought.”
– Albert Einstein
Why Integration Matters?
5. It empowers organizations by providing process insights,
so they know more about their business operations and
can quickly take action. It also promotes better decision
making, offers the ability to improve and innovate faster, and
decidedly drives business initiatives.
Integration
6. Integration usually refers to the state of combination or the process
of combininginto completeness and harmony.Integration
dramatically increases productivity, reduces wasted time due to
combined efforts, and can help create a conducive environment for
the performance of teamwork.
Integration is the act of bringing together smaller components into a single
system that functions as one.
“Wheel of Life. It’s all about integration, not balance.”
