CURRICULAR STATEMENT : To develop different dimensions of knowledge on the importance of vitamins through group discussion, evaluation by questioning, practicing in group discussion, reporting and presentation. 
LEARNING OUTCOMES 
To enable the pupils to develop 
Factual knowledge : Factual knowledge about the different aspects of vitamins. 
 Recalling the new terms like Vitamins A, D, E, K and C 
 Recognizing the different vitamin rich food.
Conceptual knowledge : Conceptual knowledge about the water soluble and fat soluble vitamins. 
Explaining about the fat soluble and water soluble vitamins and their sources. 
Procedural knowledge : Procedural knowledge about the food that contain vitamins. 
Re-organizing the food which contain vitamins. 
Meta cognitive knowledge. : Meta cognitive knowledge on the different food that contain vitamins. 
Scientific Attitude : Scientific attitude on the different vitamin rich food. 
PROCESS SKILL : Process skill like observation, communication, comparison etc are developed among the pupils through the topic Vitamins.
