2007 – 2013 Life Marketing Specialist – Farmers New World Life Insurance
Responsible for the development, creation, integrity and distribution of agent marketing materials for new
products. Liaison working with external vendor partners overseeing the design, layout and text of collateral
materials. Coordinated and partnered with subject matter experts to create and deliver training materials used to
support field agents and employees. Oversaw and drove the launch of Advanced Markets products that grew into
a multi billionaire dollar business within one year.
Assisted in administration of agency recognition programs. Managed and Coordinated annual agent
recognition event (Million Dollar Round Table). Coordinated and hosted all community outreach events both

2001 – 2006 Training Program Manager – Safeway Grocery Company
Responsible for the implementation and management of the Assistant Store Manager Training Program – Retail
Leadership Development (RLD). Duties included but not limited to applicant screening and selection; employee
orientation, evaluation and job placement, working with Senior Management regarding succession planning and
meeting Division goals/store management needs. Review feedback from stakeholders and implement changes to
program to support their needs. Budget implementation & management (managed a 1.6 million dollar annual
budget), managed a team of 3 individuals, conducted performance reviews, and team building development.
Additional responsibilities included developing and implementing new training programs (i.e. Mentoring

Assisted all levels of management in developing, implementing, monitoring, and coordinating a personnel
development program. Managed 23 staff members in the duration of this program. Produced monthly training
schedules utilizing various software titles. Maintained and employee training database and generated monthly
status reports as requested. The program had measurable results and was consistently rated number 1 in the
nation.
