The primary syrup and main manufacturing vessels are
provided with jacket for heating/cooling operations. The
jackets are provided with mineral wool insulation for
preventingheatloss.
All three vessels are provided with bottom entry stirrer with

forspeedcontrolasper SOP.
INLINE emulsifier provided for the main preparation vessel for

sealed with suitable food grade silicon gasket and can be lifted with a hydraulic lifting system.
The vessel is “hemispherical” in shape for complete removal of the product from the bottom.
The above vessel is provided with a hydraulic lid lifting system for cleaning of the internals as per CGMP requirements.
A Semi – Contra type anchor agitator assembly coupled to a suitable “hollow shaft” gear box assembly.
The agitator is provided with suitable PTFE scrappers to cover the entire internal surface of the vessel.
A dry mechanical seal for the agitator assembly.
A bottom entry homogenizer provided at an angle for proper homogenizing of the product.
A double cartridge mechanical seal with “water flow switch” for the homogenizer.

MULTICOLUMN DISTILLATION PLANT
Description
Multi Column distillation plant is designed to
produce sterile, pyrogen free distilled water
conforming to I.P./B.P./USP specifications. The still
is manufactured confirming to FDA requirements
andaspercGMPspecifications.
Operation
Multi Column Distilled Water Still on interstage
heat exchange principle. The pre-heated feed
waterisfedtothefirstcolumnwhereitisheatedby
means of steam from the boiler. Due to heat
exchange, surface evaporation of the feed water
takes place whereby a part of the feed water is
converted into steam. In the process the steam
itselfcondensesbacktowater.Thesteamwithhigh
velocity and under pressure passes through a
specially designed spiral which creates a unique
centrifugalforcewhichremoves impurities suchas
pyrogens and exdotoxins which are blown out of
the system. Condensing vapor from the previous
stage is used as heating vapor for the next stage.
The process is repeated through the last column,
each column working at a lower pressure and
temperaturethan the previous one . Only the first
column is heated using an external source of
energy and only the vapor from the last column is
condensed with external cooling water. Thus upto
70%energyissaved.

10. MANUFACTURER AND EXPORTER OF PROCESS AND PACKAGING MACHINERY
The Ravi Kiran inline works on the rotor/stator principle. The chamber houses a specially designed
toothed rotor/stator homogenizing system. This model is suitable for producing emulsions and
suspensions within a wide viscosity range. Excellent product quality is assured thanks to the high
shear forces exerted on the product in the shearing gap and maximum product movement at the
outfeed. When processing emulsions, the machine achievesdroplet sizesdown to1micron, with fine
distribution. In the case of suspensions, powders and solids are wetted thoroughly and
agglomerations dispersed prior to homogenization. The principal application for this model is as an
inline system but it can also be installed beneath vacuum processing units in either horizontal or
verticalconfiguration.

All product contact parts are easy to access and change over. Design and construction in accordance
withcurrentGMPandhygienestandards.Inlinecleaning(CIP)possibleinmostapplications.
