PROFILE
I have extensive experience and knowledge of providing support and assistance to cus-
tomers in sometimes difficult situations. I am skilled at communicating to all ages and types
of customer groups in an appropriate and effective manner to achieve a conclusion that ful-
fils the customers expectations, and maintains a strong perception of service.

Team Leader, Inspire Marsascala.
I was a team leader for the STAR programmes running at inspire, this role required me to
ensure that all clients were receiving their relevant therapies by planning their weekly
timetable, liaising with Occupational therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Language
Pathologists and Psychologists. Regular contact with the Government representatives and
family members of clients being a key part of the role to ensure that their is joint colabora-
tion of work.
Planning staff rosters and attendance records, ensuring good quality of delivery by ensuring
KPI input is maintained and management checks of all client files.

Senior Officer - HMPAcklington
I was a Senior Officer responsible for the management of professional and personal visitors
to the establishment, making arrangements for accommodation for them as well as ensuring
appropriate access and service.
This required a meticulous recording of information and the completion of planning docu-
mentation for audit purposes.
Having delivered successful audit returns in the Security role I was tasked with the Man-
agement and development of the Prisoner Rehabilitation Programmes Unit. This is a multi
agency team that is focused on reducing reoffending risk and developing prisoner potential
to become contributing citizens.
Mar 1999 to Nov 2004
Prison Officer - HMP Low Newton & Frankland
I was Officer in charge of the re role of HMP Low Newton Reception and first night centre.
I then transferred to HMP Frankland and qualified as a Offender Supervisor responsible for
the management of offender sentence planning and progress
Mar 1996 to Mar 1999;
Prison Officer - HMP & YOI Moorland
I was responsible for the maintenance of a safe and decent environment and achieved this
by supervising prisoner groups cleaning the accommodation units and the serving of meals,
stores ordering and management.
Jan 1993 to Mar 1996;
Administration Assistant- HMP Lindholme
I performed a range of administrative duties in Finance, Human Resources, Maintenance
departments as well as PA to the Deputy Governor. within HMP Lindholme
