I am responsible for English results and the standard of delivery to the students in English, ensuring that
each student receives positive encouragement to develop their potential to the full. I model outstanding
lessons through teachingCEPA and co-teachingEnglish with MOE teachers. I provide administrative,

 Plan, Coordinate and supervise the ongoing professional development in the school.
 Help foster the development of a culture of learning and the creation of a community of shared responsibility.
 Support principals in the development andimplementation of school policies and procedures.
 Strive to build the leadership capacity of the assigned Principal and other leaders in the school by mentoringand role
modeling.
 Meet daily with the Principal andregularly with other key staff to model meeting procedures and protocols.
 Embody the standards for principals and assist the principal to attain certification if appropriate.
