1. SalesLoft Dialer is a modern communication system to
connect, qualify and convert target accounts into customer
accounts.

3. To access the Dialer
go to Settings
Click on the Calls option
6. Admin will provision
number by area code,
our third party partner
Twilio will find a number.
Your list of unassigned
numbers will fall here. Go to
the user’s name below and
click assign and choose the
number for that user.
If you need to unassign a number
simply click on the red unassign
button.
7. Under Payments in the Team Setting menu
(only Admins have access to it) is where
you will enter in a Credit Card and list email
address in the appropriate box where you
want certain notifications sent.
*Low Credit Notifications- you want to make
sure this person has access to your
SalesLoft account in order to reload.
8. ● Use drop-in voice mail to save you
time and helps with consistency for
each call.
● A user can have 20 different
voicemail recordings
● When you make your calls be sure
to wait for the beep before dropping
your voicemail
9. ● Keep it 20-30 secs or less
● Provide context, have a relevant reason for calling to get
attention

● Turn up the personalization. Have persona based VM
recordings

Whitelisting helps control the cost of
Local Dial. Whitelist the most used
area codes by your team. Then Local
Dial will only be enabled when using
those whitelisted area codes.
