2. In this SalesLoft U Lesson, you’ll learn
how to build an automation rule
triggered by the “Success” feature.
This automation rule can remove
prospects from cadences, remove
companies from cadences and
update people fields.
3. Get started by heading to
your “Team” settings.
Then select
“Automation Rules.”
10. For example, select “Remove
Company from all Cadences” to have
everyone associated with a Company
removed from all cadences when one
person at that company is marked
with Success.
Or select “Set Person Fields”
to have a field automatically
update when you mark a
prospect as successful, such
as “Cadence Stage.”
11. Click “Add Field” to select the
person field(s) you want to
update when a Success is
logged.
13. Click Save.
And be sure the toggle is on.
Tip: Pause an automation rule at any time by toggling the
rule off.
14. And that’s it!
With this automation rule, every time
your rep uses the “Success” button:
1. The prospect will be removed
from all cadences
2. Everyone at the prospect’s
company will be removed from all
cadences
3. The prospect’s Cadence Stage will
be changed to “Closed -
Converted”
