broughtin line andsyncwiththe TEAM fora smooth show running.

2. To projectthe dynamiccontent,we installeda 3 BIG watchout enabled Screensof size 140ftx
18ft whichmade eventlookevenmore magnificentandgrand.
3. 3. HAVELLS IDOLwas organizedinthe eveningGALA Nightwhere the Partnersparticipated.Each
participantwasmade to rehearse the performance adaypriorto the maineventwhichwasan
18-hour sessionatthe venue.
4. More than 5 AudioVisualswere shot,editedandplayedonthe same dayof the MAIN EVENT.
Momentscaptured:Partnersgoingoutfor recreational activities,MorningConference and
Sessions,DayActivitiesinHotel etc.andshownduringthe GALA Night.
5. There wasa challenge tochange the stage Setupforthe GALA Nightpostthe Conference.We
had limitedtimeof 30 Mins to do sohavingthe BAND SETUP and Seating itwasplannedand
executedwithfull finesse andperfection.
