3. Concept
We want to suggest a theme which has an inspiring factor and gives the
event a boost in itself.
The theme has to be motivational and full of positivity which make the
employees feel important and valuable.
We want to make the employees the HEROES of MANKIND who are
responsible for the tremendous success.
4. WHY ‘A CONCEPT’ ?
Each event has its own meaning and purpose from the time of its
Inception till the Execution.
And if we weave everything in the event around a Concept. It
becomes more Authentic and Meaningful.
Out motive is to Create an Umbrella for you which makes the whole
event so Memorable and Unforgettable for each guest.
Everything in and around the event will be Highly Experiential.
6. Theme Options
We have zeroed down THREE Themes for this event.
All the themes have their own connect and relevance with the event.
As per your choice and suggestions, we will be going ahead with one
THEME which we will replicate in all the communications, look and feel.
7. Option 1
When you talk about Champions you quickly
relate to MATCH, PLAYERS, TEAMS & WINNERS.
Our idea behind suggesting this theme is to
connect the whole event with CHAMPIONS to
EMPLOYEES.
We will plan the event and activities and make
sure that each employee feels like a CHAMPION
8. Option 2
SUPER SQUAD relates to SUPER HEROES and
SUPER POWERS. This theme can become a really
big hit among the employees in terms of
engagement and look and feel.
We will use lots of Super Hero Characters from
various stories and connect the theme.
Some really interesting engagement activities can
be planned.
We will turn the employees into SUPER HEAROES
of today
9. Option 3
VEER is one theme which connects everything and
brings the whole event in one frame.
VEER depicts WINNER, WARRIOR, SHIELD, BATTLE,
STRENGTH, CELEBRATION, BROTHERHOOD,
EXCELLENCE, SUCCESS and many more.
This theme can be used in a lot of ways in terns of
the EVENT Look and Feel, Décor, Stage Setup,
Engagements, Employee Connect etc.
We would like to show the employees that they
are the VEER of the organisation.

As we all know, Whatsapp is the Best Way to engage
anyone in today's time.
We will be sending some teaser videos and pictures
to all the dealers.

We can make an AV showing a VEERTA War Zone in
which we will have some energetic and exciting
music and effects with good text content to show.
Finally revealing the LOGO of the Event.
it will be one good way to connect with the guests.

31. FACEBOOK BOOTH !
Here the guests can get their pictures clicked and post it on FACEBOOK.
Guest will log in with the FACEBOOK Credentials, Get a Picture Clicked
and post the same on the Social Media Platform.
We will also use a unique HASHTAG for the same which can be
replicated in all the Social Media Communication.

45. Emcee will call a few guests on Stage and conduct an Arm
Wrestling Competition.
It could be both males and females.
This will heat up the mood and fill lot of excitement.
Winner will be called SABSE ZABARDAST VEER !
Goodies and Prizes to be given.

46. Emcee will call 5 Teams on Stage consisting of 3 Members
each.
He will ask them to perform together on a song and compete
with the other teams.
The song will be same and they all will have to dance
together.
The audience will be the judge.
We will call the Winner as VEERON KI DANCING TOLI.

47. Emcee will call some guests on stage and give them a few
VEER and WARRIOR Related dialogues to speak.
Each will be given one dialogue to speak.
It has to be done with proper expressions.
The winner will be decided by the audience reaction.

48. Emcee will call 5 guests on stage and ask each one of them to
go and convince at least two male members from the
audience to come on stage and get the make up done.
Here the Veer’s will have to act SHAATIR.
If the participant manages to do so and completes the make
up first will be winner.
All the participants will be given goodies.

50. When the employees will enter the event area, they will be
shown a walkway with the help of some Direction Signage
and Standees.
At every step, they will be guided towards a place where
they will meet the ULTIMATE VEER.
After the completion of all the signage and directions, the
employee will finally reach the destination and he/she find
a LIFE SIZE MIRROR which shows his/her reflection and its
written,

51. To make the event more interesting and full of
fun, we will also be providing VEER and WARRIOR
Props to the guests.
They can wear and play around with the props.
This will give the event a real and authentic feel
throughout.

52. We will install a Selfie Station where they will be asked to click
a Selfie with the one who they thing is their VEER in any
sense.

Guests will get props to wear and get a Selfie Video made.

54. This is a special activity where we install a White Plain Board
in the Pre Function area.
It has WHAT’s VEER for YOU Written as a Heading.
Guests will come and write their Views, Thoughts, Opinions
in just One Word.
Everyone will have their own expression and it will look
really nice when it all comes together in one frame.

56. As our theme is VEER, we would like to present you a concept of
THEMATIC AWARDS. We will conduct an Award Segment which will
just be based on the theme.
For Ex: We have a set of Awards for the ones who should be
awarded for their Dedication and Hardwork.
The Award Could be Called: KARAMVEER AWARD
Similarly, for the one who has been consistent in his/her job could
be given an Award called: DHARAMVEER AWARD
And, the one who has done exceptionally well in all spheres of the
job could be given: MAHAVEER AWARD
This whole concept can really become a replicable thing every year
and this will definitely be interesting and motivating for all the
employees.
