6. Whatsapp Invite
As we all know, Whatsapp is the Best Way to engage
anyone in today's time.
We will be sending some teaser videos and pictures to all
the dealers.
Video Option:
We can make an AV showing a VEERTA War Zone in which
we will have some energetic and exciting music and effects
with good text content to show.
Finally revealing the LOGO of the Event.
it will be one good way to connect with the guests.

8. The Lotus Family
Each employee gets an Event Logo on one side and the
lucky draw filling space on the other.
The employee has to go home and get a picture clicked
with the family having that logo in the hand and submit
it to the HR.
One submitted, the pictures will be used for the collage
which will be displayed at the main event.
Day 4
28. Candid Video Shoot
During the internal performance we will shoot the entire
sequence.
We will also cover the rehearsals and take the candid
shots and videos which we can compile and show on the
main event day pre or post performance.
32. Drum Jam
We will conduct a DRUM JAM which is going to involve
each and everyone from the audience and connect with
the music.
This will be high energy and interesting activity bringing
everyone in sync with Music and Beats.

33. Blow the Blues Away
Blow the blues away is an innovative activity on group
harmony.
Through a series of cleverly facilitated inputs, your team
will learn to story tell using the Harmonica.
They will chug as a train, scare cows off, and also join
together to create a popular tune. This activity will end
with a rendition of "hum hongey kamiyaab" or any popular
tune that fits with the theme of your event.

34. Beatswonk
One of the an activity that portrays the spirit of harmony
and the self motivation of “I Can!”
Using various greatest percussion acts ever! Beatswork is
latin and samba percussion instruments, the group is
transformed into a Brazilian Batucada band with brazilian
masks.
Everyone participates in this fun filled 75 minute musical
opus for a final rendition that is truly jaw dropping.

36. Prop Zone
At the entry, we will have the Prop Zone.
Will keep props from different Zones of India which
people can pick and wear.

40. R & R – Award Winner Entry
We will do the Awards in a very different and unique
style.
Each time a Winner comes on stage, he/she will come in
a different style.
We will have a few dancers standing near the stage who
will start dancing on a track which is played the moment
we announce the award.
He/She will have to dance with them and come on the
stage.
41. Nomination AV
We will play a Nomination AV which will exclusively be
created for this particular event.
It will have grand music and voice over which will talk
about the Award Category and people Nominated.

team win.
We will make some really confusing yet simple clues for
the treasure hunt around the theme.
Emcee will ask the audience to form teams and give
them clues.
Teams will have to solve the clues WIN.
The treasure can be with the Dancers/Performers in
different Zones of the venue.
54. Indian Moves
We will have different dancers from various cultures
performing in the respective zones.
We will get them on stage and ask people from the
audience to come on stage and learn the different culture
dance steps on the spot.
The song will be common for everyone.
Everyone dancing on one song but doing different
cultural dance steps will look fantastic.
