for making projects successful within the triple constraints of
cost, quality and time. Once certified, Project Managers are
bound by ethical code of conduct.

5. Project Management Institute (PMI) organises PMP exam
Recognised globally though Prince2 is preferred in UK
You need to show 4500 hours (total) of work experience
across all process groups
Complete and submit application form including full
references in case your application is selected for audit
Pay fee
If selected for audit, you will be given additional time
to prepare else you will have one year to give the exam
Select an examination center and date via prometric
Give exam and PASS
If FAIL, you can attempt again till you PASS but you have
to pay examination fee for every attempt
