4. Place your maize flour and plain flour in a
large bowl.

5. Now add 1 tablespoon cooking oil and
salt. This is optional and will give some
extra taste if you add carom seeds.

6. Now add some hot water in your bowl. Remember, add a little bit of water first and
mix ingredients with water well. If you need more water to make soft dough, then
add more water and have a soft dough. There is a nice thing about this dough, you

7. Now take a normal piece of dough and give it a well-rounded
shape of 3 to 5 inches. Your dough should not be too thick or
