6. Integration of the 03
Strategic Objectives
 Work closely with team approach within the Livelihood team
as well as SO2 and SO3 related personnel for achieving the
project goal.
 Form a group in the Upazila level like Upazila Technical
Implementation Working Group (UTIWG) with representative
of PROSHAR program, PNGO, GO and other stakeholders. This
group will be meeting once a quarter.
 Provide integrated package training to stakeholder for
improving their present status.
 SOs wise field based Problem identification and solve it
through effective communication with different SOs staff.
