Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH) is undergoing a transformation to become a 21st century integrated health system. NAH has partnered with SHR Perceptual Branding to help transform its brand over a 2-3 year process. This workshop presented NAH's new brand promise of "Making Lives Better" and four dimensions focused on being a trusted partner, empowering patients with information, continuous innovation, and seamless personalized care. Participants were divided into work groups to help bring the new brand promise to life throughout NAH.
