systematically evaluated using the following techniques.
• First PESTEL method can be used to analyze the external
influencing factors/trends more precisely.
• The effects on the individual stake holders and ultimately the
effects on the company can in turn be analyzed using the trend
impact analysis .
• Finally Delphi method is presented as a method that allows well
founded forecast to be made about the influencing factors or
trends through multi stage expert surveys.
