Selected to be a seasonal employee to do summer maintenance and clean up of school facilities. By
demonstrating my dependability and work ethic I was one of the only summer workers brought back all four
years as well as given a full 40 hour schedule per week. At the end of the summer I worked as a full time staff
member with the responsibility to open/close schools on either early morning or late night shifts. Handled
emergencies that were presented throughout the day.

scratch, cleaned and prepped equipment, took customer orders, managed the cash register and credit card
functions.
Camp Counselor June to August 2009
Boy Scouts of America Mt Diablo Silverado Council, Pleasant Hill, CA
Youngest counselor selected for the summer camp program. Lived on site with 24/7 responsibilities for the
scouts and adults assigned to my area. Developed my own curriculum and taught merit badge classes for
emergency preparedness, first aide, pioneering, camping and other scout skills. Gave camp tours, organized
weekly camp set-up and tear down, led hikes and campfires, presented morning announcements. Assisted adult
troop leaders with any special needs.
