Summary
I have been in the automotive business for the last 4 years of my life. My career has involved
only one job that I have worked at for my whole career at Sterling Car Care. I have my GED
from Cousino High School and am currently attending Baker College in the automotive program
and working on my Associates degree. I am certified by the state of Michigan in the areas of
automotive electrical, steering and suspension, and brakes.
Work History
Sterling Car Care (2012 – current)
I was a general service employee which involved mainly the task of lube, oil, and filter jobs to all
customer cars with a 21-point courtesy inspection which had us inspect components such as
brakes, steering and suspension, fluid life span and fill if low, and tires. I would also perform
jobs such as fluid flushes, tire replacements/repairs, and replacing small components such as an
air filter and cabin filter. I am a technician-in-training with my 6 certifications as listed in my
summary. I have also done jobs for WOW internet and cable which involved normal services to
vans when needed. I have also done a lot of work prepping their new vans every year by
completing their first oil changes, installing cone holders on the front of the van, assisted in
installing ladder racks on top of the van, installing wall particians to separate the front seats from
the back of the vehicle, and assisted in wiring the beacons for some vans.

I am a hard worker and I do not give up on any job. I am good with my hands and good at
working in any climate condition. I prefer to work independently but I still am good at working
in a group. I am very respectful of my workplace and my coworkers. I am good at speaking to
other people and can explain things clearly so that they can understand what I mean. I am always
very productive and can finish my work in a timely manner.
