My objective:
I am a responsible, honest and self motivated individual looking to take my skills to the
next level with a long term company. I am currently employed full time at Otto's
Imported Cars in Exton, PA. I am in need of second income with my wife taking care of
our family at home.
Experience:
I have a wide range of customer service experience, both face to face, and through
electronic communication (phone, email, etc). I currently do and are certified forklift
operator. I have driven stand up and sit down forklifts, pallet jacks and feel confident to
be trained on any other machine needed. I am computer literate; I work in the parts
department at Otto's BMW/MINI. My current position entails a wide variety of tasks,
ranging from handling retail and wholesale customers, to handling parts need for our
online stores (Amazon/Ebay), for technicians, to operating our forklift in our department.
I am extremely flexible, and have no issues performing any task that helps to keep the
department running smoothly. I help map out routes for our wholesale delivery drivers. I
have a vast amount of automotive knowledge, I provide parts/service estimates, pull
parts, keep stock on inventory, etc. I am a self-motivated hard worker, and consider
myself to be very honest and trust worthy employee.
Education:
I attended high school in Georgia until the age of 17, and then moved to be Pennsylvania
to live with family after my father passed. I received my GED from DCCC in 2003.
