Experience/Milestones
FINANCE DIRECTOR, AUTONATION NISSAN SOUTHWEST — 2013 - PRESENT
I have been responsible for a number of roles within this company including sales,
ecommerce and business development manager, floor manager (the closer), new car
manager, CFS (F&I), and CFS director (F&I). These roles held multiple responsibilities.
- I was responsible for the stores inventory and new car growth (market share). The stores
new car sales increased 23% year over year before being moved into finance.
- I was responsible for assisting our team in exceeding the stores PVR budget and
increasing the stores overall profitability. In 7 consecutive months the store exceeded
budget by $200 a car including one month posting over $445,000 in total variable gross
which was the highest the store has ever posted since its opening in 2008 before going
into finance.
- I was responsible for the stores CSI. The stores CSI rating was ranked number 1 amongst
our brand and the imported market through out the company for 11 consecutive
months before being moved into finance.
- In finance my personal production over the past year was as follows:

- I was responsible for our finance department. In addition to training and coaching, that
also included monitoring CIT, bill to deliver, chargebacks and adjustments, relationships
with lenders and vendors, relationships with sales, parts and service, and cash flow.
