6. 4. RI Membership Development and Extension Award -- MDEA

Deadline: Beginning 15 May, district governors submit recognition forms to RI.
5. RI Recognition of Membership Development Initiatives -- MDI
Nominators: District governors
Deadline: District governors must receive submissions from clubs by 15 April. RI must
receive submission forms from district governors by 15 May.
II) CLUB AWARDS
RI AWARDS
7. 1-All financial obligations towards the RI or District has to be fulfilled
before applying for the awards.
2-Participating Clubs are required to download the Award forms from
the Awards page on the District website www.rotaryd2451.org using
the user name and password of the Club Web Administrator.
The Website Chairperson will issue the required password for each
Club. The Club Administrator may use his/her email address as the
username in order to retrieve the password.
3-Awards can be submitted in English or Arabic Language.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
8. 4-Uploading new documents will not be permitted after the deadline
of each award. However any editing is allowed before the deadline.
Clubs are requested to upload their awards with enough time before
the deadline to give the chance to the Club AG to review them and
state their comments.
Assistant Governors (AGs) are requested log in to the District website
www.rotary2451.org using their user names and passwords, to add
their comments to their assigned clubs and their other comments to
the District Awards committee chairperson.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
9. 5-The Maximum total size for each Award, including attachments is 12
MB. It is advisable to put all photos and documents of each attachment
in one word documents.
6-Any club who had participated in any activity that reflected a negative
Image on Rotary will not qualify to any award.
7-Any Clubs who submits false data will be suspended from receiving
any award.
8-For each award, a Cup or Shield will be awarded to clubs who scored
at least 85%. And Certificates of Merit will be awarded to clubs who
scored between 75% and 85% of the total criteria points.

10. Why is the Club History Needed on District 2451 Website???

How can We Do it?????
All clubs needs to assign a club member as the Historian of the
club, who will enter the District website and click on the Club
history icon and simply fill the following information:
• Club Charter Members
• Number of Club Members
• Club Members Average Age
• Number Of Women In Club

11. •And other required data……., including:
•The Most Important Club Projects Since Chartered

12. The Award District Committee will conduct sessions
on how to write an Award.
The Committee chair will coordinate with each
member of the scoring committee that will be
selected towards the Awards submission (on one to
one basis) to make sure that all members have a
common understanding while scoring the awards.
13. Final Version of the District Awards
will be announced in the PETS in
March
